In addition to following the requirements and procedures set forth for all students in Policy 5610, Removal, Suspension, Expulsion, and Permanent Exclusion of Students; Denial of Participation, the Board of Education shall also abide by State and Federal laws and regulations when disciplining students with disabilities through removal by suspension and/or expulsion.

The Superintendent shall establish administrative guidelines that shall be followed when disciplining any student with a disability.
